Coronavirus Covid-19 Update for 101Vape
Firstly, we'd like to thank you for your support and continued business. We sincerely hope you and your loved ones stay in the best health during these trying times.
We know you need vape gear and juice. We are open and shipping, following proper social distancing guidelines and implementing increased sanitary measures.
Most of our operations have been moved to work from home so there may be a few differences you notice. There have not yet been any internal delays, however there is a chance that shipping delays may occur due to minimal staff in the shipping department, but know that your order will get shipped. We have also seen, on occasion, slight shipping delays and missed scans through USPS. Further, we have temporarily disabled UPS shipping due to our current logistics.
UPDATE for USPS SHIPPING April 20, 2020:
We just received an email about USPS shipping. Please expect delays:
- USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will now be extended to 3-4 days.
- USPS First-Class Package Service: 2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows.

The situation has also caused severe manufacturing and shipping delays leaving many items out of stock. If you’re looking for an item that is out of stock, don’t worry, we are trying to get these items back in. Production has been ramping up recently and we are starting to see more shipments in route. We have also updated our returns policy. For safety reasons, we are temporarily not accepting any returns. This means that all items are final sale only. If you are having issues with an item you purchased, we will continue our DOA and 30-Day in-house warranties. However, there may be delays in this process. We will require video proof of the issue you are describing. You can read our full policy here.
We want to remind everyone to stay calm and grounded through this uncertain time. Our warehouse is regularly cleaned throughout the day and hand wash stations and hand sanitizer is available throughout. To keep you and our family safe, we want to remind you of the following:
- Do not share devices with anyone.
- Cover coughs and sneezes. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue and dispose of it into a trash can. If a tissue is not available, cough or sneeze into your elbow. Wash your hands after.
- If you are feeling sick, please stay home. Please refrain from going into public places.
- Wash your hands often and thoroughly with soap. If hand washing is not available use alcohol-based hand sanitizer. Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.
Please know that we are taking every step possible to keep our customers and employees safe and healthy. You can visit our website at any time to make a purchase. But please keep in mind our 24-72 hour processing time for orders. Our warehouse facility is closed on weekends, so orders placed during that time will resume processing on the next business day. **To make sure we have stock for our retail customers, we are not accepting new wholesale customers. We may, at our sole discretion, cancel wholesale orders especially in cases where they are buying out our whole inventory.
